Oscar Ramos (Madrid-Spain) CEO of DaD Asia. He graduated in Telecom
Engineering from UPM and has an Advanced Studied Diploma in Biomedical
Enginnering. Oscar has worked in the R&D departments of MNCs in the
TMT and small Startups with innovative solutions always in the TMT
industry. In 2008 he moved to China and started different businesses,
including DaD Asia. Oscar is advisor and board member in several
Chinese Internet Startups. He has experience in Product development,
Business Model innovation, Capital Raising and Startups management.

Frank Krueger Originally from Germany, Frank is the managing partner of the urban design, architecture and landscape company logon. As an architect and urban planner specialized in renovation projects in Germany, Frank co-founded the logon company in Berlin in 2001, directing from there, many partnerships with China. Frank’s partnership with the University of Technology in Berlin ignited the passion for knowledge transfer of German technology skills to China where he founded the Shanghai branch of logon in 2005. Frank Krueger currently leads the creative team in Shanghai, working on projects in Shanghai and throughout China such as the 800 Show Creative Park in Shanghai and Surpass Court in Shanghai, the 40,000 seat Jining Sports Center and Stadium. More recently he led the project design for the acclaimed Shanghai Museum of Glass.
Corinne Richeux Hua graduated in Chinese studies at Cambridge University in 1990, and since graduating has spent most of her working life in Shanghai. She left her position in Human Resources with PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2005 to work in the not-for-profit sector.
Corinne is the founder of Stepping Stones (http://steppingstones.net), a city-wide English teaching volunteering programme in the schools for migrants, which now involves around 200 volunteers teaching 4,000 students each week in 15 schools and community centres in Shanghai’s suburbs.

Australian born Morry Morgan moved to Shanghai in 2001. He is the co-founder of ‘ClarkMorgan Corporate Training’, founded China’s largest bi-lingual human resources magazine ‘Network HR’, and published ‘Selling Big to China – Negotiating Principles for the World’s Largest Market’.
In 2009, in the height of the Global Financial Crisis, Morry created Spark09, China’s largest innovation conference at the Shanghai World Financial Center, with 19 international thought leaders. This was repeated in Hong Kong and Beijing the same year.

William Van Bergen founded BE Education in 2003 with a view to helping Chinese students gain access to top international schools. A former pupil at Eton College, Mr. Vanbergen brings intimate knowledge of international education and effective strategies to gain acceptance at the world's leading schools and colleges.
Mr. Vanbergen designed proprietary summer programmes at Eton College and Charterhouse in the UK and Harvard & MIT in the US. Furthermore, Mr. Vanbergen envisioned the expansion of Oxford International College in China. Under Mr. Vanbergen's leadership, BE has grown from a small education consultancy to the multi award winning education services provider it is today.

Daan Roggeveen is a Shanghai-based architect. Together with journalist Michiel Hulshof, he founded and oversees the Go West Project, a multidisciplinary research and design studio focusing on the development of emerging megacities. The studio has a deep interest in urban cultures and wants to understand and contribute to them through research, architecture and media.
The body of work produced over the past years by Go West is extensive and varied: lectures, blogs, essays, installations, performances, events, photo essays, architectural designs, urban plans, books and policy proposals. Some of these projects are client work, others are self-commissioned or unsolicited. The work has been widely published in China and Europe. Go West lectures at Chinese and European universities on a regular basis.

Luke Lombe (MBA, B.Com, Dip. Fin) is the Director of Optimization at one of China's most dynamic media & entertainment companies, DMG Entertainment. Previously he has acted as a strategy consultant and brand advisor, providing business and marketing solutions to companies such as Loréal, Red Bull, and Jaguar. Luke is also an accomplished and engaging corporate trainer and has facilitated sessions and given presentations to a range of clients including Intel, Autodesk, UBS Bank, Four Seasons Hotel, and the Australian Government. An accomplished writer, Luke has published feature articles in a variety of media including Shanghai Daily, Beijing Today, and Network HR Magazine. He has also appeared on TV providing insight into topics ranging from recruitment to team development. Luke has a rich background in organizational design, experiential marcoms, and branded entertainment in both Australia and China and has been living in China for 4 years. When not presenting at TEDx or devising smarter ways for DMG to do business, he is a frustrated wannabe screenwriter, part time DJ, and nomadic traveler.
Entrepreneur and philanthropist, Robert Hartmann has chosen a unique career path as a Swiss born bamboo specialist. Then again, there isn't anything normal about a foreigner fluent in four languages, including Chinese, who started his career developing and marketing bamboo bikes.
Robert came to China at age 19. He studied Chinese at Fudan University and later earned a degree in marketing from Northumbria Univerity UK at Raffles Design Institute Shanghai. He also completed an MBA-C at Jiaotong University.
He was awarded Changning District Council's Model Citizen Award in 2009 for his support in the community, charity work and rehabilitation of a one-handed bike mechanic, Mr. Yu.
Now he works as a marketing manager, sourcing agent and consultant, making high end products and services. Mr. Hartmann’s work puts him at the forefront of a new league of Chinese Manufacturing and social responsibility.

He has been a Toastmaster since 2001, achieved Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) in 2004 and is the first and only member from China to be awarded the International Presidential Citation for his leadership in doubling the number of clubs in China.
